A half day session for a team of up to ten. Each person takes the two minute fingertip scan privately, sees their own reading explained, and keeps it. Nobody's individual results are shared with their employer.
What HR receives
A written report covering the group as a whole: where the team's stress and energy readings cluster, what the pattern suggests about workload and recovery, and practical recommendations that a manager can act on. Individual readings stay with the individual.
Procurement
Karma Yogi Consultancy is ISO 9001:2015 certified, accredited by EGAC and the IAF. That means an HR or procurement team can put the practice through a formal supplier process, which most wellness providers cannot support. Invoicing, documentation and a quality management system are already in place.
Where this has been done
Sessions and talks for HSBC Mumbai, Bank of Baroda Mumbai, a Happiness Event meditation for the Federal Government of Abu Dhabi, a sound healing awareness event for the General Civil Aviation Authority, and World Mental Health Day with the Student Council at Zayed University.
Sessions run in Dubai or at your own offices, and clients are also seen in Abu Dhabi. Talks and workshops can be booked without scans where a team is larger than ten.
